traveling from Copenhagen to Stockholm by train

What is the best way to get a ticket to travel by train from Copenhagen to Stockholm?

Several options:

Option 1: Go to a train station with international ticket sales, e.g. Central Station in Copenhagen during their international ticket sales opening hours, at Central Station it is every day at 9.30-18.00.
Option 2: Call DSB (Danish State Railways) on (+45) 70 13 14 15, press 3 for English version, 1 for Information and Tickets, and then 2 for International. Telephone sales is open every day 08:00 - 20:00. Tickets can be mailed within Denmark or picked up at an international ticket window within a week.
Option 3: Buy the ticket through SJ (Swedish Railways) at www.sj.se. Use Köbenhavn H and Stockholm C as departure and arrival points. Tickets must be picked up at a SWEDISH ticket machine. These are only found at two locations in Denmark, at Copenhagen Central station and at Copenhagen Airport.

These trains have fares like airlines: From around 17 euros in advance, but up to 75 euros 'on the day'. So it pays to pre-book at www.sj.se to get a cheap fare.

When we checked for our dates last year, it was less expensive to fly, SAS was around $80.
