Traveling Cheap in Europe-Euro Rail?

So...This is complicated, but I'm going to be spending about 6 weeks traveling Europe and I'm trying to figure out the cheapest way to get about. I've heard a lot about Eurorail, both on the positive side and the negative side. I'm going for budget, so I'm willing to put up with a lot of hassel. Any reactions to Eurorail or better ideas for intercountry travel would be much appreciated.

Hi ep,

Enter your itinerary at www.railsaver.com. Click "only if it saves me money"

Railpasses are cheaper if two or more people travel together.
