You know the old saying. "If in doubt dont". I think this applies here. Bringing up children can be terrific but it can also be heart wrenching, and it is the luck of the draw what you get and you can't give them back.

You are young, don't worry yet, the time appears from your post to not be quite right so give it some more time, you'll know when and if you're ready.

In the meantime enjoy the childless travel and those pups.
