scheduled passenger line , very rarely at most. Princess Cruises shows a ship departing Dublin in Sept, with an eventual destination of Florida.

YOu can from some places, not sure about Ireland. But you can from England (eg, LIverpool), Netherlands and some other countries, like Germany and France.

And that isn't a luxury cruise company which has various offerings. You could try some cargo ship companies.

There are also ferries from Ireland to France, though not to Le Havre.
