Hello and Congratulations.
I'm afraid that you need to help us help you! Please provide some specifics about your self! Where are you coming from, what are your traveling style and interests, budget, this kind of things...
Advice will differ for people looking on big cities than people who need a luxury spa hotel or a site-seen holiday or a relaxed stay in rural areas with some hiking thrown in. A 200 euro/day budget is different than a 80 euro/day budget... I hope you get what I mean!

I would go to the library or bookstore and look through some guidebooks and see what interests you...why do you want to come to Europe?
For Feb, I would choose cities as the countryside in most countries wont be at their best, and there are more things to do inside if it rains.
With 10 - 12 days I would pick two locations to minimize time wasted in transit. Some ideas with easy transit between the two:
London and Paris
London and Amsterdam
Paris and Amsterdam
Venice and Rome
Rome and Florence
Venice and Florence
Venice and Paris
But really you could pick any places that interest you.
Congratulations on your wedding!

Italy! Start with a flight into Venice. Spend 2 days and then, up to the Dolomiti for skiing (for 4-5 days), then wind your way south to Roma, hitting Firenze on the way down.
At least, that is one I would like to do!
