Travel Team

I just got a quote from Travel Team for an airfare Seattle to Rome and departing from Naples for $713.00. This is by far the best fare I've gotten. Don't know much about Travel Team, I believe they are based in Seattle. Has anyone had any experience with them. Need to make a decision asap. Thanks

I also found the lowest farers on Travel Team for travel to Italy. They gave great service and I got the tickets by mail very promptly. Their website is ok but I finalized everything through their 800 number.

We just bought two open-jaw tickets to Italy from TravelTeam. They seemed very much on the up-and-up, and took a fair amount of time finding us decent fares with good transfer points and times. Their web site outlines their history (started in Seattle a few decades ago, etc.), and apparently they're the travel agent for Rick Steves and the Europe Through the Back Door trip people. So far so good.<BR>Also, search past posts. There was a thread a couple weeks ago that mentioned them.

Thank you so much, I feel very relieved, I'm going to call right now.

I'm not so sure they ARE the agents for Rick Steves and Europe Through the Back Door, or if they've just "forgotten" to update their website. I'm going on a RS tour later this spring. In the tour package info, RS says that if I don't have a travel agent of my own, I might want to use one they like a lot, Elizabeth Holmes Travel, also in Seattle. I do have my own agent, so I didn't need his suggestion. You might want to call the RS office and make sure, if you see their use (or implied use) of TT as a validation of TT's credibility.
