Travel Insurance Help

I’m getting ready to book flights through 1800 cheapseats, they have an option for travel insurance through Insure America. Has anyone had any experience with them? Do you think it’s worth it? Can I get it elsewhere?

My wife has gotten our travel insurance through AAA on previous trips and I know there are several other companies out there. Google Travel insurance and see what you get.

Go to insuremytrip.com, which has a comparison chart.

I like insuremytrip too. My travel date changed, and they quickly changed the date on my policy. If you can`t decide which policy is best for you, you can call their 1 800 number and they will help you sort it out.

They are very helpful.

They're also very good at answering questions about policy coverage--generally excellent customer service of the kind that is hard to find these days.

With any travel insurance, be sure to read ALL of the fine print. Know what is and isn't included. People have had nasty surprises when they've had to cancel trips and found out they weren't covered.
