Travel Channel's "Francesco's Italy" - Episode Question

In an episode of "Francesco's Italy: Top to Toe" on the Travel Channel that featured the town of Lucca, the host asked a resident soprano to sing an impromtu aria from a Puccini opera in the middle of the town's piazza. Does anybody remember which Puccini opera the aria came from?

It was "O mio bambino caro" from "Gianni Schicchi."

As a side note...I just saw a preview saying that they will be replaying all four episodes of Francesco's Italy this coming Sunday morning on the Travel Channel.

There is a companion book to the series with lots of gorgeous photos (and plenty of text as well...we bought it when we watched the series during its original airing (on BBC).

Actually it's mio babbino caro, or dear daddikins.
She's not singing to a bambino ;-)

Does anyone know the name of the native Lucca soprano who sang "O mio babbino caro" from Puccini's "Gianni Schicchi" on the Travel Channel's "Francesco's Italy" episode on Lucca? Thanks for your help in advance.
