Transportation on Hvar
 
We will be staying for a few days in May on Hvar and are interested in renting an ATV or scooter. Does anyone know if that is possible?

Of course--please make it a scooter. ATVs are noisy and kind of terrible.

Yes, there are car rental companies and in May you could probably just walk in. We were there 2 nights and didn’t find a reason to rent transportation. We walked where we needed to go and stayed in the Hvar old town area (the Amfora hotel).

That would, I think, depend on what one wants to do. Either that, or layanluvstotravel is quite a walker, and thinks the rest of us are, too! For example, Stari Grad is more than 11 miles from Hvar Town.
