Transportation From Salzburg to St. Wolfgang
 

I've been trying to do plan out my itinerary for my trip to Europe. When looking up ways to get to St. Wolfgang from Salzburg, The train/bus ride is about 3hrs..but I was able to find another forum where it says to take bus 150 from salzburg and it would be about an hour ride to St. Wolfgang.

My question is if anyone local or who has been in this situation can confirm Bus 150 or any other quick and easy ways to get to St. Wolfgang or if we can get a rental and leave it in St. Wolfgang. Any ideas would be much help. If by bus, is there a website that we can check on their timetable. We would love to arrive early in St. Wolfgang. Thank you again for any time and effort in helping me out.

I almost forgot to mention above, A ferry can be taken from St. gilgen to St. Wolfgang? What would you advise to be the best way to get there...the quickest way would be the best without having to spend too much. renting cars can get pricey and I would like to avoid the ordeal. but i will rent one if need be.
