We use the RER, however I wouldn't recommend it if you are arriving during peak hour. The trains are packed and you and your luggage will not be popular. Trust me, I found that out the hard way!! LOL

There is no such thing as a stupid question IMO.

If Skip01 had said which Arrondissement is his target then I and others could have offered intelligent answers based on our experiences. Answers would be different because experiences are different, along with bank accounts. Instead he got a lot of worthless speculation. Better yet he could have given the address of the hotel and/or the nearest Metro station. Anybody who knows anything about Paris knows that location location location is given by Metro station.

I encourage Skip01 to get the data and top this thread with it. Worthwhile answers will certainly flow.
