translation from French to English, sil vous plait!

I am planning on framing a photo I took in Paris recently. It's of a store window with the following painted on it (minus the inverted triangles and accent marks, that is):

Fete des meres
1 sac offert*

pour tout achat de ligne exclusive
*shopping reversible 2006
voir conditions en magasin

I neglected to find out what this means and I am positive my family and friends will ask. Can you help me out, please.

TIA,
The

Hi Tia,
It means that if you buy a product (ligne exclusive, never heard of that) you'll get a free shopping bag. It is a mother's day promotion. :-) hope it is clear!

That's the general idea...

Fete des meres is Mother's Day.

*voir conditions en magazine means see conditions inside the store. Ligne exclusive is "exclusive line".

You can always add that Mother's day in France is tomorrow (last Sunday of May)so your friends will see you know everything about French customs ;-)

Mothers' Day
1 free bag

for every purchase of exclusive products
* reversible shopping [bag]
see conditions [posted] in store

I'd be hoping the free bag contained free (and welcome) products. I can imagine my mother's reaction on being presented with a shopping bag (and a promotional one at that) to mark her maternal status. I suspect the phrase "game of soldiers" might have come into it somewhere...

Thank you all so much. Merci, merci beaucoup! I Googled to try to answer this myself and wasted a lot of time. Should have turned to you guys in the first place.
