good points, you buy fruit in the market in lbs (pounds) { yes really pounds per pound} though you often find kg prices on the labels in small print. I understand that supermarkets have fruit and veg, though prices are high and shelf dates are poor

If you divide the land area by the number of inhabitants, then yes we all have acres (although please exclude privately owned farms, woods, etc, which are fenced off and inaccessible to the public, which is most of the open space in Norfolk). But we don't occupy those, do we. We cram into cities and towns, small offices, narrow streets, and overcrowded public transport. We all need privacy and private time. For some the only chance of that is to maintain the illusion of personal space whilst going about our daily business. I may be only 2 feet away from you, but this is my space and you aren't welcome unless invited.
