Transfer from Paris CDG to Stade de France
Hi,
I have just booked to see Madonna at the Stade de France in Paris.
How do I work out how much a taxi would cost?
Or is possible to do it by public transport?
Thanks Mark

The RER line B that runs from CDG into Paris stops at a station very near the stadium, called La Plaine Stade de France. The stadium is about a 5-10 minute walk from the station.
So it's a pretty easy journey by RER - just make sure you don't get on one of the non-stop trains (on the platform are boards which light up to show which stations each RER train will stop at). You can also find the timetables on the RATP (www.ratp.fr) website.

According to www.ratp.fr, it takes 29 minutes on the RER. By way of comparison, the ride to Gare du Nord is 30 minutes.

Hi,
Thanks for this.
I have now discovered the public transport map & also a map showing the hotel I have booked & the La Plaine Stade de France station.
Looks like we can walk from there.
Mark
