When you arrive at the Speedlink terminal with your voucher, be sure to turn it in to the agent inside the terminal building. The Speedlink driver does not accept the voucher, only the ticket given by the agent. We have missed a flight because I didn't understand this, and there was a long queue waiting for the Speedlink bus.

There's no train/subway between Gatwick & Heathrow. As others have said, there's a regular coach service between the two. For timetables seeBR>www.gobycoach.com

Alyssa, the bus between LGW and LHR has a scheduled time of 1h10m and costs £12. If you really wanted to take the train, you could take the Gatwick Express to Victoria, the tube to Paddington and the Heathrow Express to Heathrow. Elapsed time would be about 1h35m and the cost would be £24.50. Or you could arrange for a car service (minicab) to transport you, which would cost about £60 for up to 3 people, including tip.
