Trains in Provence - Different types

I've been looking at some of the train schedules for Provence (non-TGV).

I see no difference between (1) Transport Express Regional (ter) and (2) Train Intercites TER Train regional a Grand Parcours.

For instance two trains going from Avignon to Arles.
1) Has a little ter insignia at the top of the column. (1) above. Leaves at 9:44, arrives at 10:03 and also costs 7E.

2) Has a little diamond shape at the top of the column. (2) above. Leaves 10:16, arrives at 10:37 and costs 7E.

They both take just about the same amount of time.

Other than one leaving a half hour later than the other, does anybody have an idea what's the difference between the trains?

They're both regional trains - TER. Nothing that would make any difference to you as a traveler.
