Train to Venice from Greve in Chianti

We are planning to take a train to Venice. We will be staying in Greve in Chianti. We need information on how to go about this. Is there a station in Greve, parking, etc. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

From Florence ( station: Firenze S.M.N. ) you can take a train to Venice ( station: Venezia S. Lucia ). Detailed schedule information can be obtained from

http://bahn.hafas.de/bin/query.exe/en

Hope that helps.

Regards, Jochen

Carmel

You can take the bus from Greve to Florence. I think it's less than an hour's ride and the price is equal to about $3.00. The bus system is very user friendly. You get your tickets either from a machine or at the tobbaconist shop. Greve is beautiful. Enjoy!

Jolene
