Any web sites where I can find train schedules for the train from Florence to Monteriggioni?

www.trenitalia.com if it's possible. Maybe train to Siena? Monteriggioni isn't far from there, you may need to bus.

I checked trenitalia for you..You must take the regional train.. Monteriggioni is after San Gimigliano, and the name of the station is Castellina di Chianti /Monteriggioni...

I think a bus ride from Florence would be better.
Operating company is SITA .
Its bus station is just outside Santa Maria Novella main train station, on the river side.
The local service to Siena should be the route you need.
