Not direct - you must change a few times i believe www.bahn.de will have all the details (German rail web portal that has schedules for all of Europe and is the best one i've seen to use
I was thinking about doing that exact route last year and found that sidelines went from the Czech border where you change and took forever.

check out the schedules - maybe there's a way to get there by not taking the main Berlin-Prague line like i wanted to (to stop in Dresden)
i hear buses from Prague are much quicker
but check schedules first
I was in K-V years ago and loved it even when it was the languishing under Communist rule and wanted to see it now and Marienbad, nearby as well - both were primo resorts for rich Germans and Europeans long ago. Karlsbad i think the Germans called it.
