Hi spots,

The Danieli will give you exact directions.

Spots - Too far to walk!

Take the vaporetto for door to door transport.
Couldn't be easier :)

Since we were splurging on the Danieli 4 years ago, we opted for a private water taxi. Not necessary but very pleasant.

The hotel is lovely and the service excellent.

Make sure you get off at the Venice Santa lucia train station, across the lagoon at the end of the line. Trains stop first at the Venice Mestre station on the mainland - some trains may only serve that station, with shuttle trains to S Lucia, which is steps from the water taxis, vaporetta stop.
