With the Eurostar it takes about 1 1/2 hrs. Check www.trenitalia.com for schedules and prices

Hi

Is a flight from Rome to Naples an option? You may be able to work it in with your arrival time in Rome. For eg. on the Al Italia website - http://www.alitalia.it - they have a 50 minute flight and costs you 200E return inc taxes. However I would take the train back and avoid the rigmaroll at the airports. Your travel agent may be able to better the price of the one way fare.

Good luck
