Train from Rome to Montisi

How close to Montisi can I get by train if I start in Rome?
Thank you, Elaine

I would think you could get to Torrie di Siena on one side and San Giovanni dasso on the other side. Taking a train from Rome the Torrie a would involve a change in Chili's Chianti another. I don't know about the San Giovanni connections. Have you looked at bus connections from Chiusi? How do you plan to get the rest of the Way? These small stations won't have taxis.

Montisi is 13 KMs from the train station in Sinalunga. There is a bus service.

I hate autocorrect. What I typed was much different than my answer above! Even going to Sinalunga, you would still have to change trains at Chianciano Chiuisi.
