Train from Rome to Benevento - Number of Stops
 

Hi There

I am planning on catching the 9350 Frecciargento train from Roma Termini to Benevento

I am curious to know if the train is non-stop or if it will stop at some intermediate stops along the way (i.e. I can see on the rail line route that Cassino is on the line between Rome and Benevento)

The train I am looking at is a frecciargento train, it says in the fare details that it is 'direct' rome to benevento with no 'change overs' but want to know if it will stop along the way or not.

I am interested becasue I want to know what the chances are that someone is goin to be able to take off with myluggage. If there's no stops between Rome and Benevento then I am pretty comfortable, but if it stops a few times between and therein gives someone a chance to grab my cases and run off at the stop then I will have to think about it.

Choose the train you hope to take by clicking the "Select" button at the far right for that train.
At the bottom of the list, click the red tab "Details by Selection."

In the "Selected Journey Details" that appears, click the "Info" button at the far right.

A list of "Intermediate Stops" will appear below.

I assume you made a typo and meant 9351 rather than 9350. That train makes one stop in Caserta.

If you are worried about your luggage then use a cable lock to secure it to something. The discussion of snatch luggage is overworked in the same manner as pickpocket discussions. It is possible but rare.

Or you could simply get out of your seat for the 2 minutes during the stop in Caserta and stand by your bags.
