What is the most efficient way by train to get to Levanto from Lucca?

I don't understand your question.

Have you used the Trenitalia website? It will show you all your options.

Zeppole,
I was unsure of where the transfer should be..Pisa, La Speiza or Viareggio.
After checking Trenitalia website the Viareggio connection I believe answers my question.
