train from florence to pisa

I am debating between two trains to make my 10:40pm ryanair flight out of Pisa.
There is one that arrives at 8:55pm, and that arrives as 9:25. Is this one cutting it two late? How easy is the transfer from the pisa train station to the terminal? I am just flying to the UK, and not checking luggage.

Check your train so that its arrival is at the Pisa airport

There is also bus service that serves the budget flights.

Thanks, terravision does not have times that fit my flight. For some reason their last bus leaves at 7pm which would get me there earlier than I would like.

I checked the trenitalia website, these get into the the airport then. They require a change

Are you aware of the strict check-in polices of Ryan Air? Check in closes 40 minutes prior to the flight and you must be at your gate 30 minutes before. If you are in line to check in and time runs out then you are out of luck. Ryan Air website says they suggest checking in early.

you are right, I should catch the earlier train.
