Train from Amsterdam to Brugges

I checked the Rail Europe website. Seems that the train takes 3 1/2 hrs. Do I have to change trains in Antwerp? What about the Thaly train - I don't think it goes to Brugges. Do we need to reserve on a particular train? Thank you.

Hi

It is 3 1/2 hr. You change at Antwerp. You don't want the THALYS. It costs more, takes the same amount of time and requires two changes.

You don't need a reservation for an IC train, but it would be a good idea to get your tickets 2 days ahead.

See http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en
for schedules. They are better than RailEurope.

Raileurope only shows selected trains. The German site mentioned above will show ALL the possibilities.
