What are the options:
From Rome to Florence SMN?
From Florence SMN to Milan?
From Milan to Venice Meastre?

You could have got cheap options for the fast trains if you had bought the tickets well in advance. Now it's too late. You can see all your options on the two rail sites:

The Italian names of the stations are Roma Termini and Firenze Santa Maria Novella.

The regional train (which is only offered by Trenitalia) is always cheap, but it takes more than twice as long to get to Florence.

Yes, I have tried Italotreno, but having problem with credit card acceptability.

You will pay the highest prices now. The cheap tickets sold out weeks/months ago. Looks like you will just have to go to the stations, stand in line, and pay cash or hope your credit card works.
