Town on Sardinia
 

Visiting Sardinia for five days in early May.
Looking for a recommendation of an area to stay in. Preferably not far from Cagliari as that’s where we land. A walkable area at the beach with cafes and shops but not loud and busy would be great. Loved Port Pollensa on Mallorca if anyone is familiar with that area. Hotel recommendations would be most welcome. Thank you!

The best beaches are around Villasimius (direct taxi from airport or train from airport to Cagliari plus connecting bus).
