Unfortunately 99% of the people who post here are independent travelers. Although I am not sure there would be many tours from Barcelona with such a narrow selection of towns.
Can you get to either Domostia or Bilbao on your own? I am sure the chances of finding a guide would improve dramatically.

There are several companies offering bus tours that might include both Barcelona and Bilbao, but most tours that do include both would be smaller, guided tours, normally set up for private groups and not open to the public.

Thanks Kimhe...if anyone thinks this is publicity, just report abuse, but as the OP is asking specifically I feel I can send him an answer, www.toursbybasques.com, private guided tours for (very) small groups. And reviewed on TripAdvisor.

Cobblestone Tours has been out of business for years! Closed their doors in 2009. So much for Google search. Gate 1 is a bus tour. The others are private tours, not open to the general public, so joining a tour would be difficult.

Sorry for your confusion, but I know the people at who own Cobblestone Tours (it was a walking tour company only). They also run a publishing business and keep the web site active for business reasons, should they ever decide to return to giving walking tours.
