Thanks kerouac. Hopefully we will be able to catch a glimpse when we are in Dunkerque, Calais, or Lille next year. Will seem strange for us Aussies to be seeing it during the day rather than late at night. It will be unlikely that we will see much of the race though.

The women's Tour de France is also returning next year.

Thanks kerouac. Interesting that the women start on the same day and place the men end. I wonder how much of the women's race we will be able to see in the US? Hopefully some of it will be televised. Looking forward to both races.

Hi Chris, it's broadcast on TV2 in Denmark (public broadcaster). (I just googled it, not a Denmark or TdF guru ). It's televised throughout Europe, I've watched it in Germany on TV before.
Oh - do you mean, live? That would be wonderful!

This doesn't give very much information but it might be somewhere to start. I hope you get lots of great info on this!

Try and see one of the two Stages rather than the time trial in Copenhagen. Gets you out into the Danish countryside too. It will be crowded, and people will overnight in places. Get there early, take plenty of refreshments, especially if it is going to be hot, and enjoy the carnival.
