Tour Company based Croatia
 

Do any of my fellow travelers have experience using Responsible Travel (based out of UK) and/or Epic Croatia Travel. We are considering their self guided coast walking tours. Or, if you have use another company and would recommend it, would love to hear that information as well. Thank you in advance.

FWIW, many of us have found it extremely easy to visit Croatia without a tour company. IME, the Rough Guide is particularly good for that country.

I'm confused why you would need a tour company for a self-guided tour...? Most Fodorites tend to travel independently and won't have opinions on (most) specific travel agencies. I suggest you research reviews on sites such as Google, Trip Advisor, Yelp, etc. for people's impressions of the company.

If you decide to travel independently (without paying a tour company), Fodorites will be happy to assist. The book kja suggested is a good starting point.

I’m afraid I can’t advise about hiking tour companies in Croatia but I’d love to know where you plan to hike and how you find it. It’s been on my wishlist to do.

Google is your friend here. There are several itinerary, companies, etc.

Also, for both of you, there is a guidebook of a guy who has written hiking itineraries, including multi-day hikes, also found by Googling: He wrote one on Montenegro too.
