My family and I use Globus Travel. They are really good especially if you want an all inclusive vacation package. Here's their website:

http://www.globusjourneys.com

Good luck!

DH and I have also taken several Globus tours. They were excellent and bargain when taking into consideration the value of the USD.

My wife and I took a tour arranged by Brendan tours recently which arranged hotel and train connections for 3 cities: Vienna, Budapest, and Prague. We were not part of a group tour but Brendan books hotels as well as pickups at airports and train stations (they booked train tickets as well). I don't remember if Brendan booked our flights, but the "independent tour" was excellent for our needs with excellent hotles, convenient drivers to the railroad stations,e tc.
