Tortia and Crema Cataluna
Just back from a wonderful week in Barcelona . Enjoyed wonderful food and would love someone to share recipes for the above with me. Of couse I would love to have brought everything in MAURI cafe back with me but the airlines wouldn't cooperate !! Thanks.

I have not thought of Mauri in forever! They have wonderful chocolate truffles, and though I find them slightly overpriced, the chocolate croissants are divine.

will you grace us with a trip report?
