roma- carciofi fritti ("alla giudecca")- seasonal , suppli', tramezzini di vitello e radicchio, pasta carbonara!!!, pizza con scamorza (an amazing smoked cheese)

napoli- GELATO, PIZZA, as much as you can.

sicilia- GO CRAZY WITH SEAFOOD. GET EVERYTHING. pane con la minza (MMM), cannoli (duh), arancini, sfincione, spiedini, panelle... god i love it there soooo much.
