Tong Yen in Paris?

I travelled to Paris last Thanksgiving and am returning in four days. Last trip, I got a tip to eat at Tong Yen, a Chinese restaurant. I had the address (which I've since lost), wandered all over the area and street where it was proported to be, and couldn't find it.

Does anyone have information on this restaurant? Does it exist?

Zagat give it a 20 for food and calls it the "chic-est Asian eatery in Paris." Tan Dinh is another name to remember for Asian in this case, Vietnamese, food and they are famous for having a fantabulous wine list.

Thanks guys! I looked at a map and was on the wrong rue Jean last trip. No wonder I wandered aimlessly; I was several blocks in the wrong direction. I'll let you know how it was when I'm back in Pittsburgh next week!
