To anyone who has traveled to Paris and Northern France in October this year?

I was in Paris from 10/15 - 10/18 and there was no rain. The days were warm, around 72. I barely needed the light sweater I had.
However, on my trip in October 1992, I was so cold I had to purchase an expensive heavy sweater. So, you never know.
