In following the tragedy which has befallen Giuliana Sgrena and those accompanying her trying to leave Iraq after her ordeal as a hostage,
I would like to express sorrow and sadness about this terrible incident, and sympathy for the family of Nicola Calipari.

bellastar has expressed my feelings exactly about this tragic incident.
My sympathy goes to the family of Nicola Calipari and my best wishes go to Giuliana Sgrena.

Sympathies from here (NE WIsconsin) as well. An awful tragedy for all concerned.
