Diesel is according to the French making smog worse than non-diesel petrol - so do the green thing and forego diesel!

I can't believe there are virtually no non-diesel cars to rent in the U.K. - janisj is ALWAYS right but it's still hard to believe. I thought Britain were trying to be a green country but turns out under Cameron at least more brown than green.

France is limiting its diesel cars after they became to dominate the market - why is the U.K.sloughing off its international responsibility in this crucial regard?

Shame on David Cameron - shame on the Tories - shame on the car rental agencies that janis says may well only rent diesel cars.

I never said there are virtually no non-diesal rental cars. I said one generally doesn't get a choice. They get the car that's available.

Nothing like going on the war path only to find there's no battle to be fought. ;)
