Tipping Limo Driver

I know there have been a lot of posts about tipping, but I was wondering if I'm having a car service pick me up at the airport to take me to the hotel and I have arranged the fee, do I tip the driver or is that included?

Which country?

Italy.

I know of no car services, and certainly no drivers, which "include" tips as part of the rate UNLESS they specifically say this (on a website, etc.)but I could be wrong.

Tipping is usually part of the deal and I'm waiting for someone to tell us in which country people who do this for a living don't appreciate a tip for good service.

Hi M,

A Euro or so is a reasonable tip.
