Yes, same in Scotland. I tip about 10% in a restaurant- tho' I'm likely to round up or down.

I have NO IDEA about pizza delivery. I live in the country and it doesn't happen. Mind you, we do get curies delviered and I tip about £5 for that- but it's a long way and the bill will be about £80 for the 10 of us.

Tesco man- nothing.
