we have not been able to acquire tickets through the internet(can't get a response)- any suggestions?

If you are staying overnight in Granada, your hotel may be able to get tickets for you.

<BR>You just pay admission when you get there, don't you? I'm pretty sure that is what we did. No big deal.<BR><BR>Take extra caution with your wallet. We were barely on the grounds of the place when my sister discovered her wallet was missing from her purse. She reported it and they said to come back at the end of the day. She did so and her wallet was there with several others and without the cash.<BR>

When are you going to be there? Don't worry if it is not high season. We were there last week and hadn't made reservations because we didn't want to be so tied down. Just walked in in the morning about 10:00, stood in line for about 10 minutes, and were in the next group out. Same for the evening tour. That one was really underbooked.

We've been twice and just walked up to the ticket booth. It wasn't crowded either time. Nothing like Versailles or the Eiffel Tower. Quite low key. We found this to be true all over Spain. Not touristed to the extent of France and Italy. I actually can't think of any long lines at all anywhere. Probably the longest was to get into the Prado museum in Madrid. And that wasn't too long either.
