Tiber dinner cruise

Yet another post from me as my trip draws closer...sorry to be such a hog.

My husband found a dinner cruise that goes down the Tiber river (in Rome if you didn't know that) held by just-tours.net and was wondering if anyone has done this and what kind of experience was it?

TIA!
Allison

Many people would say, as ageneral rule, take a boat ride, but do your dining on shore.

I've done dinner cruises all over the world (company paying for them) and its rare to scenic views and great food. However, sometimes you do get lucky.

Thanks Cafe. I would agree with that statement as I have done a few dinner cruises her in Florida and the food is always average banquet style type food. However, we're not gourmet eaters and are just looking for a nice experience rather than a great dinner. Make sense?

Can you give me any links where I can get info on Tiber cruises? I'll be there this New Years.

When I was in Rome last summer there certainly wasn't much water in the Tiber River. I hope there is more for you to see when you are there. Good luck.
