Those department store fashion shows
 

I'm looking for information about those fashion shows at the department stores in Paris. I'm having trouble finding the old posts that I know I read.
I can't recall the names of the two stores. This is not an everyday event at these stores? Thank you in advance.

I often go to the show at Galyries Lafayette. They are held on Tuesdays and Fridays and last about an hour. I have not been to Au Printemps for their show. You need to make reservations at the former. Do a search for Galyries Lafayette, and I think you will find an address for reservations.

I know Printemps has a web site, also. That says they are Tu and F but I remember not too long ago they had apparently cancelled one of those shows (F I think) and someone mentioned that in a thread. Perhaps they have restarted it. It was the same thing for Printemps.

Christina, Thank you for the link to the fashion show page. Have you ever booked a space by email? I've sent my request but haven't had contact yet. Do these things fill up?

I always book via e-mail, but it takes some time before one gets an answer. I have given them the name and address of my hotel in Paris, and they have sent the confirmation there a couple of times. Boots

I was interested to read a question about the fashion shows. In fact, I booked my reservation, and one for my friend in Brussels for Tues. May 26 at 11:00am at the Galeries Lafayette store on the Blvd. Hausmann. They promptly returned my email reservation in one day, and the same for my girlfriend. We're both quite looking forward to it.
