Thistle Hyde Park (White's)

Through Am. Airlines, we purchased a package for Thanksgiving and booked 4 nights at this Thistle, formerly known as White's. We chose it over Royal Horseguards and Kensington because those seemed bigger, and White's has only 54 rooms. We prefer a smaller, intimate hotel to a convention-y one. The website indicates it was "recently refurbished," Has anyone stayed there recently and could give me some feedback? It would be most appreciated! Thanks!
I am also thinking of booking this package for a Christmas present for my husband. Could you please email me when you get back and let me know how this hotel was with regard to accommodations and location. Thanks,Catherine

No problem-- we get back on the 1st of December-- will let you know how it was.

Everyone is getting in on this great deal through AA!! We booked 5 days in February, staying at the Thistle Victoria. I searched extensively on the Victoria and the chain itself, and the general consensus is that all the Thistles are very nice. I found some user reviews by doing a Google search- maybe you will have some luck with this. Have fun- I wish we were going sooner!

I'm also considering the AA package and this hotel. Is there anyone who has
stayed here recently who could comment?
I have heard diverse opinions on Thistle hotels, I'd like to know for
sure about this specific one. Hoping
someone can help!
Thanks!
