This website is really not working well!
 

I just sent another email to Fodor's. I tried to post on travellerwannabe's delightful Italy trip report. It was not possible. When I hit the backbutton I didn't even get back to her trip report..instead I was taken to the first thread on the Europe Forum.

I can't seem to post at all. I assume that others are having the same problem?

So posting this in case those that have started threads do not think they are being ignored if they have few responses on their thread.

And travellerwannabe..I love your Italy tripreport!!

Me too, been having trouble all day. Some posts "take", some disappear as if I'd never typed them, some open a new window...

hmmm...just seeing if I could respond. I've been having trouble too...as have others.

If you have used the country-specific search box on the RH side of the page to enter a comment, once that comment has been posted you will be returned to the continent-list and not to the country-specific list.

That has always bugged me too.

Hello Harzer, no this is a different problem. I have always posted the same way. I go to the Europe Forum, scroll down the left hand side of the screen, click on a thread and then if I want to respond to it I click on the "Post My Reply" button..or whatever it reads. I type my post and click "Post My Reply and it is done. Of course I should click on "Preview My Reply" more often thanks to my terrible typing but that is another story.

Anyway, the last two days about 80% of the time my post is not posting. And 50% of the time when I click on a thread I get a strange large box.

Anyway Fodors advised me today they are working on the glitches so hopefully all of this will be solved soon. Best regards.
