Things to do see/do in Interlaken around lakes in the evening.
What are the special things to do/see in Interlaken around lakes in the evening. What time do the restaurants, lake cruises, lake boats, shops etc. closes in the evening in Interlaken.

Though regular boats cease around 7pm there are excursion boats at night usually in summer - some include meals and have brass bands, etc. Mainly on Lake Thun i believe.
Interlaken has a casino to replenish dwindling trip funds
and the William Tell Playhouse has - duh - The William Tell Play at times during the summer.
Most regular shops seem to close around 7pm but there are many tourists shops that seem to be open whenever tourists are around.
There is a large COOP supermarket right opposite Interlaken Ost (East) station for all food and other necessities at best prices.
There is a Migros near the West station (but don't sell booze if that is what you want.
Strolling up and down the Hauptstrasse is popular - especially near the Hotel Victoria (stately Victorian-era building) that overlooks the famous meadow which has neat views of the ice-girdled Jungfrau Massif far in the distance.
