WHITNEY86, still following and enjoying. You guys really got around. I hear you about the BRITISH MUSEUM - great but overwhelming. Looking forward to your adventure in Paris...

Read both your parts of London today and enjoyed your writing and your pictures. London is my favorite city and so I loved your enthusiasm for it.

My first visit to London was nearly fifty years ago and had been a dream of mine since watching Elizabeth II's coronation on a friend's TV. It amazed me that things were just as pictured in books. I am going back for my Tenth visit in ten days and can't wait.

I noticed that children are on your bucket list. I hope you get to bring them one day to share your love of London. I took two nephews at 10 and 12 and they were as fascinated as I was. Traveling with children can be a joy!

Thanks for sharing your adventures!

Fantastic post Whitney. London is next on my list of destinations. I've been before but always on whistle stop tours. I'm hoping to stay for a week this time. Your report has really inspired me
