Regardless, I don't think that's sufficient reason to deny people the convenience of editing their posts.

Many web sites provide a &quot;preview&quot; before you really finally submit a post. Yes, I know we can preview here by scrolling, but it is precisely because of the need to scroll that errors are easy to miss.<BR><BR>I think I keep a pretty good eye out as I type, and I still go back and check. But the length of my message header on THIS thread is a good example. It is almost impossible to see more than about one third of this message header at a time, in that little box.<BR><BR>I have long encouraged longer message headers. I posted a message about Czestchowa, Katowice and Wroclaw just last night. I did check that one carefully. If I had typed just &quot;Poland&quot;, it would have been easier to check, but it would have been a &quot;tease&quot; to get people to read it.<BR>

Wow! I cant believe my far fetched wish made on this thread a few days ago has been granted! We can now access all threads we've contributed to by clicking on our 'log-in'. Thank you to my fairy godmother at Fodors whoever you are!! :-)

I am unable to log in when using netscape browser but have not problem with explorer - yes, I switch to explorer if I want to post but netscape has all my bookmarks. Anyone else have this type of problem?
