Those are great for all of the cities they have done.

I don't get anything :((

It loads and loads and finally finishes and I get -- nothing. Just a blank page??

goddesstogo Nov 17th, 2010 09:25 AM

me too

Zip, nada.

:-(

Maybe it's me, but navigating seems to go slow and then too fast. It just made me dizzy. Also, there's a smallish Google ad that is distracting and at times covers up the zoom in-out scale.

nukesafe Nov 17th, 2010 05:22 PM

Works now for me. Have no idea why it would not load earlier. Is a puzzlement.

My brother sent this to me earlier today and I found my flat from my university semester in London (and the cafe we used to go to). Made me happy and sad all at the same time. :) Such cool technology.

I am in the midst of planning next year's excursion and had been contemplating dropping a return to London from the itinerary in lieu of spending more time in France. It looked at this and came to my senses. :)

The google ad will close if you click on the x.

I felt a little like Wendy Darling.

janisj Nov 18th, 2010 08:55 AM

Works for me now -- sort of. Looks amazing but the navigation is really difficult. Maybe its a mac/firefox thing?

I'll try it later on my Mom's pc.

Jean Nov 18th, 2010 09:41 AM

For me, there was no x to close the google ad. Maybe I should look at the link again, although I agree with janisj that the navigation wasn't easy enough to make me want to play with it much.

goddesstogo Nov 18th, 2010 09:55 AM

nope, I still can't get it.

jent103 Nov 18th, 2010 11:27 AM

For whatever it's worth, it works fine for me on Google Chrome and with Firefox (on both Mac and Linux). And the navigation was fine. A little too fine, as it kept me up entirely too long past my bedtime. ;) I don't have the option to close the Google ad, though, and it does take a little bit to load.

stokebailey, love the Wendy Darling reference!

Gordon_R Nov 18th, 2010 11:34 AM

Nope, not working for me either.

Nikki Nov 19th, 2010 04:27 AM

Patrick, that is you walking down the street, right? What were you wearing that day?
