The UK "Half-Term"
Assume this is a school break and wondering if these are uniform in terms of happening at the same time(s) every school year. Received a message and offer from the hotel we used in Falmouth which is offering special rates for the half-term. We won't be going but wondered when these things happen and if there might be more folks with children in hotels at those times.

Half term is a week's holiday halfway through the school term, so in late October, February and May roughly speaking. Different areas have different dates, but you can look them up online somewhere like this: https://www.schoolholidayseurope.eu/...s-2018-uk.html which also allows you to see when schools in other European countries have their holidays.
